RETURN POLICY

We always hope to exceed your expectations with our products. However, if something should go terribly wrong (or you just need a different size), you may return items up to 30 days after receiving your order (and we always extend that 30-day window around the holidays since y'all start your shopping early). 

If we sent you the wrong item or it is defective in any way, we owe you a big apology! PLEASE contact us, we WILL make it right: 

A few rules:

Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

You MUST provide tracking information for the return package to us. This is our only record of receipt. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. 

You will only be reimbursed for the item(s) returned. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. 

 

Steps for Returns

  • Send your full name, the address you'll be shipping from (if it is different from your delivery address), and your order number to info@engineathletics.com

  • If your request is approved, we will provide you the return shipping address.

  • Once your item is received by us and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange and notify you by email. Please allow 48 hours for funds to post.

Customized ENGINE Products

We cannot accept returns on personally customized products.

30-Day Return Period

You must email your request for a return within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Missing Item or Damaged Product

We cannot refund any product returned to us that is not in “sellable” condition.

Items Not Purchased Directly from engineathletics.com

Items purchased from an authorized ENGINE retailer must be returned to the place of purchase.

Final Sale Items

All merchandise marked as final sale are final. No returns allowed.
