FREE SHIPPING

Spend $200 on exclusive ENGINE products and the shipping is on us! (Currently, this applies to orders being shipped within the U.S. only.). DOES NOT APPLY TO TEAM ORDERS.

You can find out your shipping costs without entering any payment info or having to complete the purchase. Put items in your cart, go to checkout, and type in the shipping address--the shipping costs will be calculated for you!

 

SHIPPING TIMES

Processing and shipping occur Monday through Friday, excluding nationally recognized holidays. Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. Our designs are all custom-made as ordered--not mass produced. So, processing time can be 7-10 business days or longer; potentially 2-4 weeks for collaboration orders, plus the actual shipping transit time.

 

In other words, choosing 2-day shipping does NOT mean you will receive your gear two days from the time the order is placed—hope you understand.  

If you have already received a shipping confirmation email with tracking info, then you are likely just days away from being decked out in your new ENGINE gear! Just remember that transit times may be influenced by region, customs, weather, time of year, moon cycle, etc.

ENGINE is NOT responsible for any delayed, lost, or stolen shipments. It is up to you to track your package and ensure you are there to receive it. We do not have any “insider” tracking info. We see the same info you do, which is provided by the shipping carrier you chose at checkout. If your tracking info says your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier and they should be able to help you track it down. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipments to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and/or fees levied by the destination country or the shipping carrier. Any of these additional charges for customs clearances (over and above the shipping price already paid at checkout) must be paid by the recipient of the order. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges nor can we predict what they might be.

Please consult with your country's import office or the specific shipping carrier to determine any additional charges. By placing an international order, you are agreeing that as the recipient of the shipment, you are the importer of record in the destination country and are responsible for any fees due.
